* --pdf-hyperlinks-color
--pdf-hyperlinks-no-color or --pdf-hyperlinks-monochrome
* ['default']['pdf_hyperlinks']='color'
(other options switch hyperlink color off 'no-color' 'color-off' 'monochrome')
* (Closes: #744391) no color on a4 portrait
